Operations Manager – Hair and Beauty Brand

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead the launch and ongoing management of our hair and beauty product lines. Based in Lagos, you will coordinate product development, inventory, marketing campaigns and influencer collaborations across multiple brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage beauty, haircare, and wig product launches from concept to market.
• Coordinate product development, manufacturing, and supplier relationships.
• Oversee inventory control and retail activation opportunities.
• Plan and execute beauty campaigns, photoshoots, and influencer collaborations.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely campaign delivery.
• Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables while liaising with vendors, creatives and production teams.

Required profile

• Based in Lagos, Nigeria and available for full‑time, on‑site work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and proactive.
• Professional appearance and comfortable working with public figures and high‑profile projects.
• Willing to sign a Non‑Disclosure Agreement and provide social‑media profiles during application.
