Operations & Growth Manager

About the role

Ella's Place is looking for a proactive Operations & Growth Manager to oversee daily operations of its gym, spa and salon while driving membership growth, revenue and exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the gym, spa and salon, ensuring service quality, safety and cleanliness.
• Schedule staff, monitor attendance, productivity and performance.
• Control inventory, procure supplies and maintain operational standards.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase memberships, renewals and overall revenue.
• Handle leads, build partnerships and create referral, loyalty and retention programmes.
• Ensure outstanding customer service, address feedback and improve experience metrics.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, events and social media initiatives to boost brand awareness.
• Track and report key business metrics, set KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in operations management, business development or similar hospitality/fitness environments.
• Proven ability to lead teams and achieve growth targets.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
