Operations Coordinator (Remote, then Hybrid)

About the role

Reyvex is a technology-driven growth company offering digital marketing, branding, business growth services and technology solutions to clients worldwide. It is looking for an organised, proactive and dependable Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of the company, working closely with the founder, coordinating team activities, monitoring client projects and keeping tasks, deadlines and internal processes on track. The role starts fully remote and is expected to move to a hybrid arrangement as the company grows.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily team activities and task assignments, follow up on pending tasks and ensure deadlines are met; run internal meetings and updates.
• Manage client onboarding, communication and follow-ups, track active projects and deliverables, and escalate complaints and sensitive issues.
• Keep records of projects, clients, tasks and processes, prepare regular progress and performance updates, and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Support the founder with scheduling, research, documentation and follow-ups, help build standard operating procedures (SOPs) and handle routine operational decisions.

Required profile

• Strong organisation, coordination and time-management skills, with good attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage several tasks and priorities at once, work independently and solve problems without constant supervision.
• Professional communication with team members, clients and management, and good judgement and discretion.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote-work environment.
• Previous experience in operations coordination, project coordination, customer success, client services, administration or team supervision is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with tools such as Trello, ClickUp, Asana or Notion is an advantage.

What we offer

• Starting salary of 100,000 NGN, increasing by 10% per month if performance is satisfactory.
• Remote start, with a planned transition to hybrid as the company expands.
