Operations Associate

About the role

Miri Africa is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily operational activities across multiple departments. You will help shape brand communication, streamline processes, and ensure smooth workflow for projects and procurement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing daily operational tasks.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Support procurement, vendor management, and resource allocation.
• Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and compliance records.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in processes and propose improvements.
• Develop and implement workflow automation and operational tools.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and IT teams to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
• Monitor internal system performance and escalate technical issues.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects, draft briefs, and provide stakeholder updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or administrative roles (entry‑level candidates may be considered).
• Strong organizational, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work both independently and within a team.
