About the role
The Supervisor will lead a team within our recruitment operations, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently and standards are upheld. This role requires strong coordination, performance monitoring, and the ability to address both internal and client‑related issues.
Key responsibilities
- Delegate daily tasks, monitor employee performance, and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Coordinate weekly schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and resolve operational bottlenecks to meet deadlines.
- Ensure all team members strictly follow company policies, operational procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Address workplace disputes, handle customer escalations, and report complex issues to upper management.
Required profile
- Minimum HND in a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Residence in Benin City, preferably near Mission/Airport Road B/C.
- Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
