About the role
The Operation Officer will oversee daily activities of the Market Centra platform, ensuring smooth marketplace operations and high-quality vendor interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage vendor onboarding, verification, activation and ongoing compliance.
- Monitor product, service and business listings for accuracy and quality.
- Develop and maintain efficient processes for vendor management, transactions, complaints and issue resolution.
- Track orders, transactions, cancellations, disputes and coordinate with technology and customer support teams to resolve operational issues.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and user satisfaction.
Required profile
- B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital marketplaces, fintech or related industry.
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
