Warehouse Manager

About the role

The Warehouse Manager will lead all warehouse activities for medical equipment and supplies, ensuring safe, accurate and efficient handling across project sites. Reporting to the Head of Logistics, you will be responsible for compliance with regulatory standards, inventory control and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of medical devices.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular physical counts and reconciliation of variances.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, ISO, WHO and local regulatory requirements.
• Supervise, train and schedule warehouse staff, enforcing safety rules and SOPs.
• Coordinate with procurement, supply chain and transport partners to guarantee timely deliveries.
• Prepare regular reports on KPIs, inventory status and budget utilisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience managing warehouses handling medical equipment or regulated products.
• Experience supporting audits, inspections and regulatory compliance activities.
