Operation Officer

About the role

The Operation Officer will support the daily logistics workflow of our shipping and transport division, ensuring cargo moves efficiently from origin to destination. This hybrid role combines on‑site coordination in Ikeja with remote tasks, offering a dynamic environment for an entry‑level professional.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily logistics operations.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of cargo.
• Liaise with clients, agents, and transport partners.
• Prepare operational reports and shipment documentation.
• Resolve operational and delivery issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with logistics processes and company procedures.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and service delivery standards.

Required profile

• Proven work experience in the logistics industry.
• Good understanding of cargo movement and shipment operations.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and reliable.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

What we offer

• Salary range NGN 70,000 – 150,000 per month.
