About the role
The Officer, System Administrator will ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of IT systems that support healthcare operations in Imo State. This role is critical for maintaining the technological infrastructure that enables healthcare professionals to deliver high‑quality patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, and software applications, to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to prevent disruptions in healthcare operations.
- Apply patches, updates, and best practices to safeguard the security and integrity of IT systems and protect sensitive data.
- Collaborate with IT teams and healthcare staff to troubleshoot technical issues, provide support, and drive system improvements.
