About the role

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Night Manager assists the Front Office Manager in managing the night operation of the Front Desk.

Key responsibilities

Assist the efficient running of the department according to corporate strategies and brand standards.
Support the Front Office Manager in managing night operations of the Front Desk.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years experience as Assistant Manager – Night, Night Manager or Team Leader – Night / Guest Relations in a hotel.
Well‑developed communication and customer relations skills.
