Network Infrastructure Manager

About the role

We are seeking a senior Network Infrastructure Manager to lead the design, implementation and ongoing support of our enterprise‑wide network environment. The role will ensure high‑availability connectivity for all users across our manufacturing and warehousing facilities while driving continuous improvement of the underlying technology.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, install, configure and maintain routers, switches, servers, access points, printers and other network‑enabled devices.
• Lead the help‑desk team, providing first‑level technical assistance and enforcing support policies.
• Manage telephone systems, Active Directory accounts, Exchange mailboxes, remote‑access security and network file storage.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network and internet connectivity, using proactive monitoring tools to guarantee service uptime.
• Produce regular activity and performance reports for the Head of Information Technology.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies that enhance employee productivity and network resilience.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of hands‑on experience in network infrastructure management.
• Professional certifications such as CCNP, MCSE, RHCA or ITIL V4 Foundation (or equivalents).
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement and optimise enterprise and data‑centre networks.

Required skills

• CCNP, MCSE, RHCA, ITIL V4 Foundation certifications.
• Proficiency with routers, switches, servers and wireless access points.
• Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange administration.
• Remote‑access security and network file‑storage solutions.
• Experience with network monitoring and performance‑management tools.
