About the role

Salpha Energy Limited is expanding its team to support the design, distribution and maintenance of solar‑powered home energy products across Nigeria. We are hiring for seven full‑time positions in various locations, ranging from technical field work to sales and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and repair solar systems in Ekiti, Ikorodu and Badagry.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, promote solar solutions and generate leads in Lagos.
• Deliver products and manage distribution routes in Cross River.
• Coordinate sales activities, manage inventory and support partnership operations in Imo.

Required profile

• Relevant secondary education or vocational training.
• Ability to work on‑site in the assigned state.
• Strong communication skills for customer interaction.
• Valid driver’s licence for distribution roles.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of solar panel installation and maintenance.
• Customer service handling for call‑center duties.
• Inventory tracking and basic logistics coordination.
