About the role
The Panama Hotel in Abuja is expanding its team and is looking for enthusiastic professionals to fill several hospitality positions, including front‑desk, human resources, food service, and housekeeping roles.
Key responsibilities
- Hotel Receptionist: greet guests, manage reservations, and handle check‑in/out procedures.
- Human Resources Officer: support recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Waiters/Waitresses: serve food and beverages, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain dining area standards.
- Porters: assist guests with luggage, provide concierge support, and maintain lobby appearance.
- Housekeepers: clean guest rooms and public areas, replenish supplies, and uphold hygiene standards.
Required profile
- Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced hotel environment.
- Relevant experience or training for the applied position.
