Meta Ads, AEO and Sales Automation Expert

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Meta Ads, AEO and Sales Automation Expert to join our team in Ikeja. You will drive SEO performance, manage Meta advertising campaigns and build end‑to‑end marketing automation workflows that generate qualified B2B leads and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, technical and on‑page audits, and white‑hat link‑building.
• Plan, launch and optimise Meta (Facebook) ad campaigns and other performance‑based paid media.
• Design, implement and maintain marketing automation sequences, email campaigns and lead‑nurturing journeys using tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign.
• Integrate automation workflows with CRM systems (Zoho, Go‑high‑level) and connect tools via Make, Zapier or N8N.
• Monitor performance through Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other analytics platforms, reporting on traffic, conversions and revenue impact.
• Collaborate with content, product and sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Meta ads management and SEO implementation.
• Hands‑on expertise with marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.

What we offer

• Initial 3‑month contract with performance‑based compensation.
• Base salary of NGN 220,000 plus up to NGN 180,000 based on KPI achievement.
