Medical Sales Specialist

About the role

Zutron Pharma is hiring a Medical Sales Specialist in Ogbojo to promote and sell pharmaceutical products, medical devices, diagnostic products and healthcare solutions. The role focuses on building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Generate new leads through field visits, networking, referrals and market research.
• Convert qualified leads into customers, orders and business opportunities.
• Promote and demonstrate pharmaceutical, medical device and diagnostic products.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, pharmacies, doctors, pharmacists and procurement teams.
• Follow up on quotations, enquiries and opportunities, and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and accurate CRM/ERP records.
• Prepare and submit sales and activity reports on time, provide after-sales support and attend company training.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Medical Laboratory Science, Biological Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostic, laboratory or healthcare sales is preferred.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and develop customer relationships.
