Medical Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Medical Sales Representative to promote our pharmaceutical products across the Marina region. The role involves building relationships with healthcare professionals, identifying new market opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new markets, business opportunities, competitive threats and customer needs.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and healthcare stakeholders.
• Promote company products while addressing client objectives.
• Develop market presence within the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance objectives.
• Manage existing customer accounts and acquire new business.
• Plan and execute daily sales and marketing activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a medical science‑related discipline.
• Previous experience in medical sales and marketing (minimum 24 months).
• Proven experience in selling medical devices is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
