Mechanical Maintenance Technician (CNG Fuelling Station)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician to ensure the reliability and safety of mechanical systems at our CNG fuelling station. You will work on compressors, pressure vessels, pipelines, valves and related equipment, supporting uninterrupted station operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting and repair of compressors, pressure vessels, dryers, regulators and piping systems.
• Execute alignment, balancing, calibration and mechanical adjustments on rotating equipment.
• Inspect gas pipelines and valves for leaks, corrosion and wear; conduct valve overhauls, testing and replacements.
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and participate in shutdowns, turnarounds and equipment commissioning.
• Maintain accurate work orders, maintenance records and support reliability improvement initiatives.
• Follow HSSE policies, lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and gas industry regulations.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of hands‑on experience in mechanical maintenance within oil & gas, energy or CNG environments.
• Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, compressors, pressure vessels and pipeline integrity.
• Commitment to safety, quality standards and continuous improvement.

What we offer

• Competitive net monthly salary ranging from ₦550,000 to ₦750,000 (depending on experience and competence).
