About the role
We are seeking a Mechanical Field Engineer to lead the construction and modification of flowlines, bulk lines and related facilities for oil & gas projects in Nigeria. The role reports to the Head of Project or Project Manager and ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise construction of flowlines, bulk lines and medium‑size projects.
- Manage facility modification and improvement works on oil & gas sites.
- Develop project plans, documentation and provide guidance to project teams.
- Maintain clear communication among all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE processes and organisational procedures.
- Monitor project objectives, budgets and timelines to achieve desired outcomes.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in field engineering or construction supervision.
- Senior‑level professional with proven ability to manage complex projects.
- Strong understanding of oil & gas facility construction standards.
