Marketing & User Acquisition Officer

About the role

Post And Pick is looking for a Marketing & User Acquisition Officer to recruit drivers and customers for its app and grow the platform locally. The role is a contractor position based in Marina, Nigeria, with a stated monthly pay of NGN 70,000 to 150,000.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit drivers and customers to download and register on the Post and Pick app.
• Develop and execute local marketing strategies to grow the platform within your state.
• Identify and engage potential drivers through transport communities, driver networks, social media and direct outreach.
• Attract customers through online campaigns, referrals, community engagement and partnerships.
• Guide prospective users through the app registration process so registrations are completed successfully.
• Meet assigned monthly recruitment targets for drivers and customers.
• Use assigned referral codes or submit the required onboarding details for recruitment tracking.
• Maintain accurate records of recruited drivers and customers.
• Submit regular reports on recruitment activities, performance and market feedback.
• Represent Post and Pick professionally and help strengthen the company's brand reputation.

Required profile

• A minimum of an SSCE.
• A fast learner.
• Good communication skills.
