Performance Marketer (Remote, Commission-Based)

About the role

Jay-Mmanuel Digital Marketing, the digital marketing division of Jay-Mmanuel Global Services (Abuja, Nigeria), is looking for a proactive, analytical and results-driven Performance Marketer. The role is fully remote, full-time and 100% commission-based, with no fixed salary. It suits someone who can independently research prospects, run outreach campaigns, generate leads and help the agency acquire new clients.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify businesses that could benefit from the agency's digital marketing services.
• Build targeted prospect lists using online research and data-collection tools.
• Run cold email campaigns and personalized email outreach, and conduct cold calls and follow-ups where appropriate.
• Carry out LinkedIn prospecting, direct messaging and other outbound activities.
• Use Apify and other prospect research or data-scraping tools, and Mailmeteor or similar tools for email outreach.
• Qualify prospects, present the agency's services and guide them toward the next step.
• Nurture leads with consistent follow-ups and track outreach, responses, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
• Meet agreed outreach and performance targets, submit weekly and monthly reports, and suggest improvements to outreach strategy.

Required profile

• Practical knowledge or experience in cold email outreach, cold calling, lead generation, prospecting and business development.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines, with reliable internet and a suitable remote working environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization and problem-solving skills; ability to keep accurate records and prepare regular reports.
• Understanding of digital marketing services and paid advertising; familiarity with spreadsheets, CRM systems and sales productivity tools is an added advantage.
• Relevant experience in performance marketing, lead generation, sales, digital marketing or business development is an advantage.
