Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support the execution of our marketing strategies, engaging patients, referral partners, and clinicians across multiple channels. The role involves creating and managing content, coordinating campaigns, and analysing performance to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of marketing strategies to engage patients, referral partners, and prospective clinicians.
• Develop and coordinate campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive audience engagement.
• Create and manage marketing content such as email campaigns, social media posts, website updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align initiatives with organisational goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners through outreach and partnership marketing activities.
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance using metrics and reporting tools to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Conduct market and audience research to understand needs, trends, and competitive positioning.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, telehealth, or a regulated industry.
• Strong writing and content creation skills for social media, email, and web copy.
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and local/Google Business Profile optimisation.
• Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
• Comfortable with basic performance tracking and reporting (lead volume, conversion, CPL).
• Understanding of HIPAA‑compliant marketing practices or willingness to learn quickly.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a small, fast‑moving team with high ownership.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work U.S. Eastern business hours.
