Marketing & Sales Executive

About the role

Powell Homes and Shelters Limited is seeking a dynamic Marketing & Sales Executive to drive lead generation and expand its real‑estate portfolio in Enugu. You will be responsible for creating strategic sales plans, nurturing client relationships, and guiding prospects through the property buying journey.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads and spark interest in real‑estate offerings.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow the customer base and increase market reach.
• Build strong customer relationships, advise on pricing and market trends.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight property value.
• Negotiate deals, handle objections, and manage complaints.
• Accompany clients to property inspections and provide guidance until final decisions are made.
• Collaborate with management to plan and run sales campaigns.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
• Participate in property scouting and assist with property management tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Marketing, Business Management, Estate Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar sales or marketing role.
• Residency in Enugu or surrounding areas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and networking abilities.
• Professional demeanor, result‑oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficient use of the Microsoft Office suite.
