Marketing, Sales & Branding Manager – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing, Sales & Branding Manager to lead our brand strategy and drive high‑value turnkey projects in the real‑estate sector. The role combines strategic marketing, business development, and client relationship management to position Contrati Designs Ltd as an industry leader.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand and portfolio strategies for design, project development, and turnkey delivery.
• Drive sales of complex, high‑value contracts across commercial, residential, and industrial segments.
• Plan and manage multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital, PR, networking, events) to generate qualified leads.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with developers, investors, facilitators, and corporate clients throughout project lifecycles.
• Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and construction dynamics to identify profitable niches.
• Mentor and manage marketing and sales teams, ensuring collaboration with design and development units.
• Oversee creation of proposals, case studies, and marketing collateral that showcase turnkey capabilities.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in marketing, sales, and business development, preferably in design‑build, real‑estate development, architecture, construction, or turnkey projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, project management or a related field.
• Strong B2B sales track record with high‑value deal closure or complex proposal management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with project development lifecycles and turnkey contracting.
• Results‑oriented, collaborative mindset with a passion for scaling service‑based enterprises.
