About the role
The Fund Raising Associate will support the organisation's fundraising committee in planning, executing and reporting on fundraising initiatives. This role focuses on securing the financial resources needed to meet the annual budget.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the appointed committee to design and organise fundraising activities.
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies aimed at meeting budget targets.
- Prepare and present proposals, grant applications and activity reports to the Board for approval.
- Identify and engage potential donors, maintain regular contact with existing supporters.
- Oversee events and campaigns to maximise donor participation.
Required profile
- Degree in Law, Marketing, Public Relations or a Certificate in Fund Raising.
- Training and experience in non‑profit and grant‑making environments.
- Experience in fundraising for charities, NGOs, foundations, hospitals or community groups is an advantage.
