Marketing Officer

About the role

The Marketing Officer will drive localized marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and capture market share in Kaduna and surrounding areas. The role focuses on acquiring high‑value clients, nurturing existing relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute localized marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share in Kaduna and environs.
• Identify, pitch, and onboard high‑value individual and corporate clients.
• Manage and deepen relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and business continuity.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to uncover new business opportunities.
• Lead market storming sessions, activations, and promotional campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Officer or in a similar business development role, preferably within the Kaduna market.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and hit strategic targets.
• Deep understanding of the local socio‑economic and business landscape in Northern Nigeria.
