Evaluation, Communication & Engagement Officer

About the role

The Evaluation, Communication & Engagement Officer will support Centre Point Multi Solutions Group (CPMS) in managing relationships with participating institutions and Centres of Excellence. This role involves field visits, stakeholder liaison, and translating project data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with schools, institutions, and Centres of Excellence to build strong partnerships.
• Visit sites, monitor activities, and ensure compliance with workplans and timelines.
• Prepare structured reports on institutional engagement, field monitoring, and ESO performance.
• Serve as the primary liaison among CPMS, ESOs, institutions, and other project stakeholders.
• Collect feedback, document challenges, and identify implementation gaps.
• Analyze field data, produce recommendations, and track corrective actions.
• Support stakeholder meetings, surveys, assessments, and verification exercises.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, engagements, and related documentation.
• Travel to neighboring states as required for approved project activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in a relevant discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in project implementation, stakeholder engagement, communication, or field coordination.
• Experience preparing structured project or field reports.
• Background in education, enterprise development, government or donor‑funded projects is advantageous.
• Familiarity with incubation centres, innovation hubs, or Centres of Excellence is a plus.
