Marketing Manager

About the role

Homelight Properties Limited is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive business growth, acquire new clients and expand market reach across Nigeria.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies, conduct market research and prepare business proposals.
• Generate and nurture leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach and partnerships.
• Manage key customer accounts, ensure excellent customer experience and drive retention.
• Achieve revenue targets, track performance metrics and produce regular sales reports.
• Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns that support business growth.
• Coordinate with branch managers, sales teams and senior management to execute business goals.
• Support recruitment, training and performance monitoring of business development officers.

Required profile

• Minimum HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Estate Management or related fields.
• At least 3 years proven experience in Business Development, Sales or Real Estate.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet revenue targets.
• Willingness to travel across branches when necessary.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
