Marketing Executive – Real Estate Sales

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to join a fast‑growing real‑estate company in Abuja. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, promoting residential and commercial property portfolios, and converting prospects into successful sales.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and nurture leads to achieve property sales targets.
• Promote the company’s residential and commercial listings through various marketing channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct property inspections, presentations, and client meetings.
• Follow up on inquiries to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Negotiate and close property transactions.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue goals.
• Prepare periodic sales and marketing performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real‑estate sales and marketing.
• Proven track record selling residential and commercial properties such as houses, apartments, duplexes, terraces and estates.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and results‑oriented.
