Marketing & Communications Officer

About the role

CredPal, a financial technology company offering credit cards and investment solutions, is looking for a creative, data-driven Marketing & Communications Officer to work closely with the Growth team. The role covers digital marketing, advertising campaigns and integrated communication, supporting customer acquisition, conversion, retention, brand awareness and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to brand identity and create written, visual and multimedia content for all platforms
• Plan, run and optimise paid digital campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn and others to drive acquisition and leads
• Manage email campaigns, automation workflows and lifecycle messaging
• Curate content on social platforms and build community engagement
• Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager to measure performance and report
• Coordinate campaigns and plan physical or virtual events
• Build relationships with media, influencers and partners
• Monitor market trends and competitor positioning
• Work with product, sales and design teams and support internal communications

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• At least 3 years' experience in digital marketing, preferably in fintech or high-growth companies
• Proven experience managing digital ad platforms (Google, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Experience with analytics tools and dashboards (Google Analytics, Data Studio)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively

Required skills

• Email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot or Brevo
• Understanding of marketing metrics, funnel analysis and performance reporting
• SEO, content marketing and CRM platforms
