Marketing and Sales Official (Remote)

About the role

BabsPay is hiring a Marketing and Sales Official to work remotely in Nigeria. The role manages and grows the company's official social media platforms and online communities, creates promotional content, promotes products and drives new customers and transactions through referral links.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow official social media platforms and online communities such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, X and others assigned by management.
• Create and publish promotional content, campaigns, graphics, videos and product updates.
• Promote Babspay products and services, generate new customers and drive transactions through assigned referral links.
• Respond to comments, messages and customer enquiries professionally and promptly.
• Monitor engagement, identify marketing opportunities, follow up with potential customers, recruit new users and agents and maintain a positive brand image.
• Track and report marketing performance: reach, leads, registrations, active users, transactions and revenue from referral links.
• Work independently remotely and meet monthly marketing and sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum of SSCE/OND/NCE; HND or bachelor's degree is an advantage.
• Proven experience or strong interest in digital marketing, social media management, sales or customer acquisition.
• Excellent communication, writing, persuasion and customer service skills.
• Ability to create social media content, captions, campaigns and basic graphics and videos.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, disciplined and able to work independently remotely.
• Previous experience in fintech, telecoms, VTU or digital services is an advantage.

Required skills

• Active knowledge of major social media platforms and ability to manage several accounts.
• Basic computer, smartphone and internet skills.
• Ability to track referral links, leads, registrations, transactions and marketing results.

What we offer

• Base salary of N20,000 per month.
• Performance bonus of up to N20,000 (eligibility based on 200 users).
• Data allowance of N5,000.
