Marketing and Content Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing and Content Executive to build the brand presence of a young real‑estate development company from the ground up. You will create visual and written content, manage social channels and drive lead generation through paid campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot and edit photos and videos of construction sites, walkthroughs and finished units.
• Write captions, brochures, adverts and project decks.
• Manage Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and WhatsApp channels on a daily basis.
• Run Meta and Google paid campaigns on a tight budget and report ROI.
• Convert enquiries into qualified leads and hand them to the Business Development Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, content or digital roles, with at least 2 years of hands‑on content creation.
• Portfolio showcasing videos you shot/edited and copy you wrote.
• Hands‑on proficiency with Premiere Pro, CapCut, Lightroom, Photoshop or Canva.
• Proven experience running Meta and Google ads that generated leads.
• Demonstrated ability to build a marketing function from scratch.
• Based in Abuja and able to work on‑site regularly.
• Property‑sector experience and drone operation are a plus.

What we offer

• Salary between ₦150,000 and ₦200,000 per month.
• Performance‑based bonus.
