Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketer to join our team in Enugu. The role focuses on creating and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth within the IT & Telecoms sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Generate leads through field marketing, networking, referrals, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Promote products and services through presentations, meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
• Manage and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns.
• Prepare marketing reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Represent the company professionally at meetings, trade shows, and networking events.
• Support brand awareness and customer engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum OND in Marketing or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or customer engagement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.
• Results‑oriented with a proactive approach to business development.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using social media platforms for marketing.
