About the role

The Manufacturing Excellence Manager will lead the Plant Manufacturing Excellence Program, driving strategic value‑chain improvements and ensuring the implementation of group standards across the facility. This senior role requires close collaboration with plant leadership to embed loss intelligence, eradication processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the sustainability of the Manufacturing Excellence Program and ensure group standards are applied.
• Manage the ManEx program through structured steering‑committee meetings.
• Develop and execute the annual ManEx plan, setting short‑term targets.
• Monitor progress across all ManEx pillars and provide feedback to senior leadership.
• Drive quarterly loss‑intelligence analysis, identify improvement teams, and coach them to success.
• Serve as the Plant ManEx subject‑matter expert and advise the Plant Senior Leadership Team.
• Facilitate the plant’s 1‑year and 3‑year planning processes.
• Evaluate plant meetings, provide feedback, and improve meeting structure and tool usage.
• Support department management teams in developing sustainability plans and closing performance gaps.
• Oversee training implementation, determine training needs, develop materials, and deliver training to shift‑based and engineering teams.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead manufacturing excellence initiatives and implement strategic intents.
• Experience acting as a subject‑matter expert for operational excellence programs.
• Strong capability to coordinate steering committees and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to develop and monitor performance plans and provide actionable feedback.
