Managing Director, Wealth Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead and scale our Wealth Management division, focusing on Institutional Trust and Family Office businesses. The role involves driving sustainable growth, building high‑net‑worth client relationships, and delivering tailored wealth solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and scale Institutional Trust and Family Office businesses.
• Originate, structure, negotiate, and close high‑value investment deals.
• Build relationships with HNI, UHNI, and institutional clients to grow AUM.
• Oversee trust administration, fiduciary services, estate and legacy planning, legal compliance, and risk management.
• Lead a high‑performing team while managing budgets, profitability, and operational excellence.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Institutional Trusts, Advisory, or Investment Banking.
• Law degree (LLB, JD) or substantial legal knowledge in corporate structuring, contracts, and trusts.
• Post‑graduate degree (MBA or similar) in Management, Strategy, Finance, or related field is a plus.
• Proven track record establishing or scaling Institutional Trusts and Multi‑Family Office businesses.
• Established network of HNI/UHNI clients and institutional investors.

Required skills

• Strong commercial acumen and experience closing complex, high‑value deals.
• Deep knowledge of trust administration, taxation, financial planning, legacy planning, and global investment products.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in a Big Four professional services firm within Advisory, Tax, or Legal is highly desirable.
