Managing Director – Strategic Leadership

About the role

We are seeking a Managing Director to provide strategic direction and leadership for FactBase Consulting Limited, a firm operating in the banking and finance sector. The role will drive performance, revenue growth and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Set overall strategic direction and lead the organization to achieve performance, revenue and growth targets.
• Act as primary liaison with regulatory authorities and key stakeholders.
• Ensure all operations, filings and governance practices comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with the Board, delivering strategic updates, financial reports and operational developments.
• Provide operational and strategic oversight, aligning activities with company goals and governance.
• Identify and mitigate key risks facing the business.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics or a related numerate discipline.
• Professional certification such as ACCA or ACA is an advantage.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in an Asset Management Company in managerial and leadership roles.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
