Manager, Cloud Infrastructure Engineering

About the role

We are seeking a Manager, Cloud Infrastructure Engineering to lead a global team responsible for the infrastructure behind a mission‑critical SaaS platform. This fully remote position combines technical leadership, cloud expertise, and people management to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers who design, build, and operate production cloud infrastructure.
• Define and evolve Kubernetes‑based, multi‑cloud environments that meet high standards for reliability, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with product, security, support, and engineering leadership to enable safe and efficient software delivery.
• Drive automation, developer tooling, and platform capabilities to support growth while minimizing complexity.
• Establish AI‑enhanced processes for infrastructure operations, incident analysis, and documentation.
• Balance immediate operational needs with long‑term investments in platform evolution and cloud expansion.
• Coach engineers, manage priorities, and foster a high‑performance engineering culture.
• Improve observability, incident response, and reliability practices across the infrastructure stack.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience leading engineers who build and operate production infrastructure for SaaS products.
• Strong background in platform engineering, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure.
• Proven ability to manage technical teams while staying hands‑on with engineering challenges.
• Experience with site reliability engineering principles and large‑scale cloud environments.
