Maintenance Technician – Guest Services & Facilities

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Maintenance Technician to support guest repair requests and ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. You will work closely with guests, housekeeping and engineering teams to resolve issues quickly and maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and attend guest repair requests, communicating clearly to resolve issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools, kitchen equipment, and mechanical room assets, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair air‑conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and pneumatic/electronic systems.
• Carry out minor carpentry, painting, drywall, and wood‑trim repairs, as well as lighting and filter replacements.
• Maintain and replenish maintenance inventory, requisition parts, and complete daily shift handovers.
• Apply Lockout/Tagout procedures before any repair work and follow all safety policies.
• Perform interior and exterior landscaping tasks, including sprinkler system upkeep.
• Use basic computer skills to input HVAC schedules and adjust temperature settings.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 lb and perform heavier tasks with assistance.

• Clear, courteous communication with guests and colleagues.
