About the role
The Maintenance Integrity Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the integrity surveillance of offshore and on‑shore facilities, ensuring safe execution of integrity programs and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assess the integrity condition of production equipment from subsea to surface and define target integrity states.
- Identify potential risks, coordinate remedial activities, and develop strategies to prevent failures.
- Lead inspection programs, supervise contractors, and monitor performance against standards.
- Conduct proactive corrosion engineering surveillance and routine field integrity monitoring.
- Prioritise and compile a list of integrity issues for both shutdown and non‑shutdown work planning.
- Communicate safety, health, and environmental (SHE) risks and reliability threats related to piping, vessels, pipelines, and risers.
- Participate in risk assessments and implement integrated, risk‑based integrity management solutions.
Required profile
- Higher National Certificate (HNC) or equivalent in Mechanical, Materials, Corrosion, Offshore/Marine, Structural, Metallurgy or Petroleum Engineering.
- Relevant experience in offshore facility integrity or corrosion engineering.
