About the role
We are looking for reliable Machine Operators to join our production team in Marina, Nigeria. The role involves running assigned machines on a full‑time basis, ensuring smooth production flow while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and adjust machines according to daily production requirements.
- Operate machines throughout the shift, monitoring performance and output.
- Perform basic machine checks and routine maintenance.
- Identify, record and report any machine faults or irregularities.
- Maintain accurate production records and logs.
- Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized.
- Achieve set production targets while meeting quality specifications.
Required profile
- Minimum SSCE/OND or equivalent technical qualification.
- At least 3 years (36 months) of relevant experience or demonstrated ability to work at a mid‑level.
- Basic mechanical or technical knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts.
