Logistics Assistant – Lagos

About the role

ISN Medical is seeking a Logistics Assistant to support its logistics team in coordinating outbound shipments and fleet operations. The role ensures timely delivery of medical diagnostic products to customers while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan routes, process shipments and resolve any arising problems or complaints.
• Coordinate with logistics companies and drivers to ensure products are delivered on time and in good condition.
• Track dispatches in real time and monitor delivery lead times.
• Work closely with the order management team to optimise daily dispatches.
• Arrange regular maintenance and servicing of fleet vehicles.
• Prepare accurate reports on shipping activities, fleet performance and logistics costs.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date inventory of fleet vehicles, tracking condition and availability.
• Analyse vehicle usage data to improve route planning, fuel efficiency and overall performance.
• Record quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and process efficiency across regions.
