Locum Pharmacist

About the role

The AbdulSalam Bello Raji Foundation is seeking a qualified Locum Pharmacist to provide part‑time pharmacy services in Ibadan, Oyo State. This temporary position supports the foundation’s health initiatives by ensuring safe medication dispensing and basic health screenings.

Key responsibilities

• Review prescriptions for accuracy, legality, drug interactions, and contraindications.
• Provide professional counseling on medication use, dosage, side effects, and storage.
• Assist patients with blood pressure checks, blood glucose testing, and other basic health screenings.
• Maintain full compliance with Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum B.Sc. qualification in Pharmacy or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant pharmacy experience.
• Strong professional ethics and commitment to patient safety.
