About the role
Livingspring Solicitors (LIS) is seeking a full‑time Litigation & Corporate Lawyer to join its Ikeja office. The role involves managing litigation matters and providing corporate legal advice to a diverse client base.
Key responsibilities
- Handle litigation cases from inception to resolution.
- Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and contracts.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis.
- Represent clients in court hearings and tribunals.
- Attend client meetings to discuss case strategy and provide counsel.
- Offer corporate advisory services as required.
Required profile
- Minimum of 5 years post‑call experience.
- Strong litigation and courtroom experience.
- Excellent legal drafting and research abilities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Tech‑savvy and comfortable with digital tools.
- Residency within the Ikeja area.
- Experience in debt recovery, commercial litigation or corporate practice is a plus.
