Life Manager

About the role

The Life Manager will lead the development and performance of a high‑performing team of Financial Advisors, driving sales of life insurance and financial protection solutions. This role combines agency recruitment, coaching, and business development to expand market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and develop Financial Advisors to build a strong sales team.
• Coach and mentor advisors, conduct training sessions and performance reviews.
• Drive individual and team sales targets through planning and execution.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Promote life insurance products that meet client needs and improve market penetration.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate organisations and partners.
• Monitor team performance, prepare sales and recruitment reports, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 4 years experience in insurance sales, agency management or business development.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach and develop high‑performing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and financial advisory services.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
