Learning Science Lead

About the role

The Learning Science Lead is a contract position responsible for shaping the learning frameworks that power DAWN AI’s neurotechnology solutions. Based in Lagos State, Nigeria, the role combines on‑site collaboration with work‑from‑home flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Design evidence‑based learning models and embed instructional principles into AI systems.
• Develop and validate assessment frameworks and training materials for educators and caregivers.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and external partners to evaluate impact and refine methodologies.

Required profile

• Advanced knowledge of learning science, cognitive psychology or neuroscience, preferably with a graduate degree.
• Experience designing for neurodivergent learners or inclusive education programs.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Learning Management Systems implementation or optimization for K‑12 environments.
• Instructional design and training & development expertise.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered educational tools and data‑informed decision making.
