Lead Generation & SEO Specialist (Digital Marketing)

About the role

E&R Standard Gate is looking for an experienced Lead Generation & SEO Specialist to boost qualified leads, improve website visibility, and run high‑performing digital marketing campaigns across its diverse business units.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
• Plan, manage, and optimise Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
• Build and manage lead‑generation funnels that convert prospects into customers.
• Create and execute email‑marketing campaigns and automation workflows.
• Professionally manage the company’s LinkedIn and Facebook pages to increase engagement.
• Monitor website performance, analyse campaign data, and prepare performance reports.
• Continuously optimise website content, landing pages, and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven digital‑marketing experience with measurable results.
• Strong expertise in on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO.
• Expert knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with email‑marketing platforms and automation tools.
• Solid understanding of lead‑generation strategies and conversion optimisation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
