Lead Generation & Business Development Volunteer

About the role

Easehaven is seeking a motivated volunteer to drive lead generation and business development across its property‑management and hospitality services. Based in Abuja, you will work full‑time on‑site, supporting the growth of the company’s portfolio of property owners and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential property owners and corporate accounts.
• Map and qualify leads, entering them into a CRM or tracking spreadsheet.
• Reach out to prospects via phone calls, messages, and in‑person meetings.
• Prepare and tailor proposals and presentation materials.
• Follow up on inquiries, nurture relationships, and coordinate with operations and marketing teams.
• Collect feedback from prospects and monitor market trends to inform strategic planning.

Required profile

• Strong ability to generate and manage new leads.
• Proficiency in market research and understanding of competitive landscape.
• Excellent communication and basic sales skills.
• Interest or experience in hospitality, real‑estate, or property management.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.

• Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet applications
