Lead Experience Curator

About the role

The Lead Experience Curator will head the experience curation team, ensuring the planning, coordination and delivery of premium travel and lifestyle journeys for clients. Based in Lekki, Lagos, the role blends operational oversight with creative development of new travel concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach the Experience Curation team, allocate work and monitor performance.
• Review and approve itineraries, travel plans, vendor quotations and client communications for quality and compliance.
• Oversee visa processing and travel documentation, ensuring adherence to destination requirements and timelines.
• Lead destination research and develop new experience concepts aligned with business goals.
• Manage vendor sourcing, negotiations, performance evaluation and relationships.
• Monitor itineraries, communicate confirmations, updates and advisories to clients.
• Ensure trip logistics and operational readiness are completed on schedule.
• Handle escalated client enquiries, complaints, special requests and service recovery.
• Review travel‑related content to maintain brand consistency.
• Analyse trip performance, client feedback and operational challenges to drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare periodic operational reports, team updates and destination insights for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in travel, tourism, hospitality or customer experience.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
