Lead, Circular Economy & Sustainability

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to own and scale the PGC Initiative, our flagship ESG programme that drives circular‑economy waste management across residential, commercial and industrial estates. Reporting directly to the MD/CEO, the role will be the public face, commercial owner and operational driver of the initiative.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the end‑to‑end strategy and roadmap, expanding the pilot to city‑wide scale through estate selection, sequencing, resourcing and milestone planning.
• Build and grow the project team, including field operations, partnerships and commercial functions, as the initiative scales.
• Lead all government and regulatory relationships, securing approvals, permits and exploring co‑funded or policy‑advocacy collaborations with EPA and other bodies.
• Own commercial performance – set pricing, drive sales of the multicoloured bin system, manage the commercial funnel from estate outreach to fulfillment and post‑sale support.

Required profile

• Proven credibility in sustainability or circular‑economy programmes, preferably with international exposure.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience running a P&L.
• Excellent political and relational skills to manage long‑term government partnerships.
• Ability to act as the public representative of the initiative and to lead cross‑functional teams.
