About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive to join Transform Africa Limited in Minna. Working in a hybrid model, you will help generate new business opportunities for our technology solutions across the IT & Telecoms sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify and follow up on leads through calls, emails and meetings.
  • Present Transform Africa’s solutions and prepare basic proposals or quotations.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the sales pipeline or CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to align outreach with current campaigns.
  • Gather client feedback and support relationship‑management activities.
  • Assist with sales reporting, performance tracking and participation in events or workshops.

Required profile

  • Strong communication, active listening and presentation abilities.
  • Basic sales, customer‑service and negotiation skills with a keen interest in prospecting.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management capabilities to handle multiple leads and meet targets.
