About the role
The Journey Analyst at TruckSoft Logistics monitors, coordinates, and analyses truck journeys to ensure safe, timely, compliant, and efficient deliveries. The role provides real‑time support to drivers and delivery teams while identifying and resolving operational issues.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and monitor real‑time truck movements using telematics and journey management systems to ensure timely execution.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve operational exceptions, delays, and escalations promptly.
- Collect, analyse, and report on journey metrics and KPIs to improve fleet efficiency and performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree, HND or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics, fleet operations, journey management, transport coordination, or a similar operations role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate operational records.
Required skills
- Practical experience using GPS/fleet tracking systems.
- Experience with journey management or telematics platforms.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with AI and analytical tools.
